PRICING
How much?
It varies. Some people only need one or just a few appointments, while others may need more. Our intent is to offer you the most affordable option while making sure that enough appointments or sessions are in place to provide the best results. We make every attempt to work within your budget and particular needs.
Distance appointment prices:
Hypnotherapy, 1 session = $65 or *less
30 minute phone coaching, 1 session = $30
* Hypnosis clients receive VIP discounted pricing after the 4th session.
Packages
At the time of your initial consultation, we will review your specific set of circumstances in order to offer the best recommendation of whether a complete program or individual appointments would be best for you, in terms of affordability and effectiveness. Your program recommendation and costs vary according to your specific needs, and you are not locked into a program. Programs usually have the best prices so they are offered if appropriate. All programs can be modified at any time. Of course, the choice is always ultimately up to you.

Whether it's health coaching or hypnosis, no matter where you live, you can get as much or as little help as you'd like and get customized service and attention, just like you would in our office.

​​​​​​​You can always order pre-recorded hypnosis programs from our store, but if you are looking for personalized service that's tailored specifically for you at your convenience, then long distance hypnosis might be the answer you are looking for.
With our long distance option, you can schedule a consultation over the phone to speak with Dr. Kaylan. She will answer any questions you have as well as learn more about your individual situation and goals. At that point, Dr. Kaylan will create and record your hypnosis session just as if you were in her office, specifically for you. She will then send you your session via Mp3, along with any instructions or information that you might need. At your request, she will also offer you a variety of options and create a plan to fit your needs, should you wish to do more.​​​​​​​​​​​

Many clients have standing weekly or monthly appointments and work with Dr. Kaylan via email, Facetime, Marco Polo, or over the phone and the process repeats itself as much as wanted or needed. Enjoy the cost savings and convenience that distance services offer... wherever you are!

Communication Options:
Email: With email, no appointment is needed so you can email whenever it is convenient. Dr. Kaylan checks email daily and typically responds in less than 24 hours, assuming access to email.
Phone: Appointments are needed to schedule your voice only call.
Video Calls: Facebook Messenger or Facetime (I-phones only) allow for real-time video chatting. Appointments are necessary.
Marco Polo: Marco Polo is a free phone app that offers recorded video messaging. It’s much like texting, but since you are videoing yourself talking, it’s easier to give detailed information that is more conversational. Dr. Kaylan typically responds in less than 12 hours, assuming access to cell service. No appointments are needed.
